The XBC-KDS diesel engine single-stage fire pump set has inlet and outlet ports on the pump body. During maintenance, only the pump head needs to be removed, and the rotor components can be moved for maintenance operations without dismantling the pipeline. Very convenient, the diesel engine can be installed on the left or right end as needed, making it easy to install on site. Structurally shortening the axial dimensions of rotor components results in better shaft rigidity and more stable and reliable operation. There is a pump body sealing ring, and the impeller sealing ring is an optional condition.
Working conditions: allowable work pressure2.5Mpa, according to the maximum pressure that the pump casing can withstand, the materials of the pump body and pump cover are ductile iron (2.0Mpa), cast steel (2.5Mpa), etc.

9Product features:
1. Automatic start: The diesel water pump unit can automatically start and operate at full load within 5 seconds after receiving a fire alarm/pipeline pressure/power outage/or other start signals;
2. Automatic charging: The battery can be charged automatically by the mains power or diesel engine charging motor to ensure the smooth start-up of the unit;
3. Automatic alarm: It automatically alarms and protects against faults such as low oil pressure and high water temperature in diesel engines, and alarms and shuts down when overspeed occurs;
4. Automatic preheating: put the diesel engine in a hot standby state to ensure emergency operation;
5. Direct connection: Diesel water pump units below 360kw adopt the technology of direct connection between diesel engine and water pump through elastic coupling, which reduces the number of fault points and greatly shortens the starting time of the unit, increasing the reliability and emergency performance of the unit;
6. Users can also request to set other alarm outputs (non-standard supply);
7. Equipped with telemetry, remote signaling, and remote control functions (non-standard supply);
